In the world of mega-viral ~content~, it’s a relatively small milestone, but still: Change of Heart hit 140 subscribers last month—and counting! 🎉 Thank you all for coming along for the journey and signing up to get these mind-change missives in your inbox every couple of weeks.
By way of brief introduction for those who are new here: I’m Jamie Cattanach, Change of Heart’s editor and primary contributor. Hi. :) I’m an essayist, poet, and full-time freelance writer—words are really my whole thing—and I dreamed up this weird little project back in January while I was scouring the literary world for real estate for an unhomed essay. I realized how often the project of my writing was about reconsidering what I thought or wanted—and, once I’d done that, explaining to others how and why I’d changed my mind.
Of course, I also write lots of other stuff, including the slew of content marketing/freelance journalism that keeps a roof over my head (for now, lol). Which is why Change of Heart needs you!
